My fitness classes are run daily at my studio at Top Pro Gym off New Street, Kilkenny.
What type of exercises will you do at a fitness class?
During a class you will perform a mixture of body weight and weighted exercises using dumbbells, kettlebells, battling ropes, trx, the wall rig etc to work out your entire body, blasting fat, stabilising your core and increasing strength, giving you a stronger, fitter and leaner physique. It is a total body workout. Sometimes we do circuits, sometimes we do HIIT.
All levels and all ages are welcome.

Tuesday & Thursday at 1:15pm (30mins) Total Body Workout (circuits or HITT)
Monday 5:30pm Total Body Workout (circuits or HITT) & 7:30pm Kettlebells
Wednesday 5:30pm Total Body Workout (circuits or HITT)
Thursday 7:30pm Kettlebells
Saturday 10:30am Total Body Workout (circuits or HITT) & 11:30am Kettlebells
How much does a Fitness Classes cost?

€50 for unlimited classes (for 4 weeks)
Pay as you go evening classes pay are €7.50 and Lunch Classes are €5.

Please bring along water, a sweat towel and an exercise mat.
