My fitness classes for small groups (10 people max) are run daily at my studio at Top Pro Gym off New Street, Kilkenny. There are no gimmicks or fads, just high quality training with proven methods that work to deliver you maximum results in giving you a fitter, stronger and leaner body.
What type of exercises will you do at a fitness class?
During a class you will perform a mixture of body weight and weighted exercises using dumbbells, kettlebells, battling ropes, trx, the wall rig etc to work out your entire body, blasting fat, stabilising your core and increasing strength, giving you a stronger, fitter and leaner physique. Frequently I will set challenges to accomplish set tasks and workouts.
All levels and all ages are welcome.

How much does a Fitness Classes cost?
There are 2 options for payment, pay as you go or buy a package.
Morning & evening classes pay as you go are €7.50 and Lunch Classes (35-40 mins) are €5.

€50 for unlimited classes ( round begins 3rd October for 4 weeks)
