Sign up your team/club or group up for my 6-8 week prehab training programmes. Help your players work on overcoming any particular weaknesses so they are at their best for the season ahead. I can also help with programming for players coming back from injury.
65% of injuries are due to overuse and muscle imbalances. My prehab training programmes will address muscle imbalances. We will focus on stability, mobility and improving core function. Developing efficient movement patterns will decrease the chances of pain and injury.
I currently do fitness programming for GAA players, track athletes, tri athletes, ironmen and kettlebell sport athletes. I have overseen fitness training with Kilkenny Rugby Club and pre-season Kilkenny Senior Hurling team and Kilkenny City Harriers.
