Benefits of small group training
If commercial gyms and big fitness classes aren’t for you then consider joining my small group training sessions where you get the personal attention you need with the added support of being in a like minded group (max 6 people).
How does a group session work?
Each session lasts 60 minute. During the training session you will perform a mixture of body weight and weighted exercises to work out your entire body, blasting fat, stabilising your core and increasing strength, giving you a stronger, fitter and leaner physique. You will use dumbbells, kettlebells, battling ropes, trx, the wall rig and more.
How do I sign-up?
Join an existing group training session or get in touch to book in a group of friends at a time that suits you. Min 4 people required.

Free Fitness Consultations to monitor your progress
Month to month I will offer all people taking part in small group training sessions a free fitness consultation. This will help to monitor your progress. At the consultation, we will discuss your current fitness level, your health history and lifestyle. I will assess your strength, posture, range of motion, flexibility and conduct a body fat analysis. We will set goals and milestones for you to achieve.
