Training for Athletes


As an athlete I can offer you private or semi private training or you may wish to consider small group training.   I have worked with runners and triathletes, ironmen, Kilkenny City Harriers (Sprinters), GAA players, rugby players and kettlebell sport athletes.

At your fitness consultation we can identify your goals and areas you wish to work on e.g. improving power, endurance, range of motion in joints, flexibility and overall strength.
