Training for Athletes


As an athlete I can offer you private or semi private training or you may wish to consider small group training. In these sessions we work on improving power, endurance, range of motion in joints, flexibility and overall strength.

At your fitness consultation we can identify your goals and areas you wish to work on.

I have trained runners and triathletes, ironmen, Kilkenny City Harriers (Sprinters), GAA players, rugby players and kettlebell sport athletes.
