As an athlete I can offer you private or semi private training or you may wish to consider group training as part of my ES FitSquad training sessions or Kettlebell classes. In these classes we work on improving power, range of motion in joints, flexibility and overall strength. We will also work on mobility and flexibility.

Kettlebell classes can also be used for injury rehabilitation.

I have trained runners and triathletes, Kilkenny City Harriers (Sprinters), GAA players and kettlebell sport athletes.
